June's running recipe of the month

Keith made this last night and I had to share. You will notice it has similar ingredients as the previous recipe, but we shop to maximize our budget and minimize trips to the store, so go figure.

It was so delicious and super easy. I love that the nutritional analysis is on the left side of this web page too. Keith had his with grilled chicken to boost his protein. We also sub'd reduced fat feta for the regular to cut back the fat grams a bit. Enjoy!
